Kalika rural municipality situates in the southern part of the Rasuwa district. Kalika rural municipalitywas formed by combining then Dhobung, Ramche, Bhorle (1,6,8,9) and Laharepauwa (8) VDCs. The Rural municipality has total area of 192.53square kilo meter and is divided into 5wards. Naukunda rural municipalitylies in the east of Kalika rural municipality. Similarly, this rural municipality is surrounded by Uttargaya rural municipality in the west, Gosaikunda rural minicipality in the north and Nuwakot district in the south. The geography of this Rural municipality includes naturally decorated high hills snow mountains, and cold weather. Kalika rural municipality has the total population of 9421consisting male population 4486and female population of 4935 as of Census of Nepal 2011.
