Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality is situated at north-east part of Nawalparasi district, Gandaki province. This Rural Municipality was established in 2073 B.S. It combines then Dumkibas, Beni Manipur, Dhurkot, Rakachuli and Triveni Susta Village Development Committees. This Rural Municipality is surrounded by Madhyabindu Municipality from east, Bardaghat Municipality from west, Palpa district from north and Hupsekot Rural Municipality from south. This local unit is divided into seven wards. This is named after Triveni river that flows through this area. Narayangadh-Butwal part of Mahendra Highway goes through this area.

Population of Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality is 32,942 with 6,918 households as per the census 2011.  Population of male is 14,897 and female is 18,222. Ward number two is most populated ward. This local unit covers 288.1 kilometer square area. Most of the land is covered by forest and farming. There are about 18 ethnic groups residing under this local unit. Among them Magar constitute largest population of 41.5% followed by Brahmin, Chhetri, Gurung and Tamang. Most of the people speak Magar and Nepali language. Farming is major occupation of people residing under this rural municipality. Paddy, maize, wheat and different fruits and vegetables are crops that could be cultivated. Animal husbandry substitutes the agriculture. Foreign employment, service and trade are other occupations.

Mr. Dambar Bahadur GC is Chairperson and Ms. Mina Kumari Rana is Vice-chairperson of Binayi Trishuli Rural Municipality. Total number of local representatives is 37. Center of this rural municipality is located at Dumkibas bazaar. Number of employees working under this local unit is 25.
