Bhotekoshi rural municipality situates western part of the Sindhupalchowk district. Bhotekoshi rural municipality was formed by combining then Tatopani, Listikot, Phuplingkati, and Marming VDCs. The Rural municipality has total area of 278.37 square kilo meter and is divided into 5 wards. Dolakha District lies in the east of Bhotekoshi rural municipality.
